3. Shipments and delivery

Delivery estimates, quotes and landed-cost figures are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Jetlog Pty Ltd handles each consignment with due care, but nothing in the platform constitutes a guarantee of a specific outcome.

4. Data and privacy

Information you provide is processed to operate the service. We handle personal information in line with applicable data-protection law and our privacy practices.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetlog Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
